Registration Walkthrough
This guide will walk you through how to register for one of the Summer Encampment events using the eServices Registration Zone. Please read each step carefully to ensure your registration is submitted correctly.
Step 1: Access the Registration Zone
After logging into eServices, navigate to the Registration Zone.
There are multiple ways to do this:

Use the search bar at the top and type “Registration Zone”, then click the result

Or go to Cadet Programs > Registration Zone in the left-hand menu
Once inside, you'll be able to view all open events and begin your registration process.
Step 2: Locate the Encampment Events
Click on Event Registration from the left menu.
Make sure the Event Registration Filter at the top is set to Wing to display all Wing-level events.
You will see a list of all the Michigan Wing Summer Encampment courses available for registration, including:

Summer Encampment – Basic

Summer Encampment – NCOLA

Summer Encampment – RCLS
-
Summer Encampment – sUAS, Recreation Pilot

Summer Encampment – sUAS, Part 107
-
Summer Encampment – Vol U
Select the event that corresponds with your role or course.
Step 3: Register for the Event
After clicking on the event, you’ll be taken to the event registration page.
If you are serving as Encampment Staff, toggle the Staff Member switch.
Staff for the entire encampment (not a specific course) should register under Basic Encampment and enable this toggle.
Below the toggle, you’ll find two important file upload areas:

CAPF 60-81 – Required for cadets only

Cadets must complete the CAPF 60-81 with a parent/guardian signature only

A unit commander signature is not required because approval happens in eServices

MIWG Form 173C – Optional
-
Used if your squadron is covering part or all of your encampment fee

Note: Seniors do not need to upload a CAPF 60-81, but must still complete other requirements listed below.
After uploading the required documents (cadets), click Register at the bottom of the page.
Step 4: Post-Registration Requirements
Once you’ve clicked Register, you’re not done yet!
Here’s what must happen next:

Unit Commander Approval:
Your commander will be notified to approve your registration through eServices.
Once approved, an invoice will be generated. -
Payment:
Payment is not required at time of registration. After unit approval, you can return to the Registration Zone and pay your invoice. -
Base Access Form:
All cadets, staff, and any guests attending graduation age 16 and older must submit this form:

All participants must complete or update their CampDoc medical information:
Complete CampDoc Profile -
Cadet Protection Training (Seniors only):
Senior members must be current on Cadet Protection Policy training to register. If not current, registration will not be allowed
Final Notes
Once your unit commander approves your application and payment is submitted, your spot will be secured. Please monitor your email for follow-up instructions and event-specific communications.
